This special exhibition will showcase precious treasures and esoteric Buddhist art related to Kobo Daishi Kūkai. Important artifacts from various Shingon sects will also be displayed, allowing visitors to experience the deep history of Kūkai and Shingon Buddhism.

The exhibition runs from July 14, 2026, to September 6, 2026, with opening hours from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. On Fridays and Saturdays, the museum stays open until 8:00 PM. Admission fees are 2,300 yen for adults, 1,300 yen for university students, and 900 yen for high school students. Please allow extra time for your visit, as you may need to wait to enter during busy periods.
